Yes, you can order over the phone. We are available MON - FRI (8 am - 5 pm). But you may need to pay via internet banking.

After completing the checkout process, you will receive an email confirmation from us which will include your order number. If you do not receive an email, please check your junk mail folder. After checking if you still have not received an email, please contact us on sales@scc.nz.
Unfortunately, you cannot edit and remove items from an order once it has been submitted. Therefore, we kindly ask you to contact us by phone or email straighaway with details of the order that you would like to modify.
We ask you to contact us as soon as possible with details of the order that you would like to cancel. Once an order has been shipped we are unable to cancel it.
We only ship within New Zealand and Australia for most products.
We print some clothing to order. Delivery may take 5 to 7 working days to ship your order to most areas. Delivery to rural addresses and the North Island may take up to 10 days. On the rare occasion that there’s a delay or stock issue we’ll let you know right away. Please note- The approximate delivery time provided are estimates only and exclude any courier delays, processing time and public holidays.
If your item is deemed damaged or faulty, you will be entitled to a replacement or refund if the issue is considered a major failure. If the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure, you will be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.
No, you do not need to create an account to purchase from our online store. However, if you create an account you will be able to track your parcel, view past orders and save details so that forms are pre-filled for future purchases.
All online refunds should be sent to the address below, including the original receipt and a statement outlining reasons for return. Excluding delivery costs, all refunds will be credited via the original payment method minus all delivery costs.
All postage costs are the customers' responsibility.

Vouchers and codes have to be redeemed during your order process. After you have ordered we are not able to deduct the voucher for you manually.

If you would like the option of paying by direct debit, you can set this up when you register - by downloading and sending us the direct debit forms found in the My Details area in My Account. Shipping in NZ is a flat rate of $12.95. Which means you should really order more gear. The cost will be the same. Or get a friend to add to the order and split the cost.
Mostly everything is shipped via renowned courier companies. You’ll get a notification once your order is dispatched with tracking details.
We’ll normally be able to get orders out in 3-7 working days.
That’s pretty much it. Oh wait…you’re from Australia. G’day to you, we love our trans Tasman brothers and sisters. Your shipping is a bit more complicated. Blame the Government (yours or ours, or both). Shipping to Australia is $24.95 tracked and can take up to 7 - 10 working days.
You want to do what? Return your S.C.C.? That’s ok, it happens. We’re not enraged. We’re just disappointed in ourselves because we let you down. We have a refund policy in place for such situations. So buckle up and prepare yourself for the detail.
First and foremost you have the compelling reason to return. (faulty/damaged)
Returns must include the original packing slip that came with the order; make sure the returns form at the bottom is filled out and sent with the return shipment.
If there’s a fault you need to let us know within 7 days. That seems fair enough and is pretty standard.
To make a return just follow these simple steps:
1. Ask yourself if you really want to return it. Because you look great in it. It brings out the colour of your eyes.
2. Still want to return it? Make sure its unworn, unwashed and has all the original tags on it still.

Once your return has been received and inspected, then given the thumbs up by the returns inspector, we’ll process your refund. We’ll normally do this the same day. You can expect the bank to take a little longer though. They don’t like refunds for some reason and can take up to 5 working days.
